We are committed to your complete satisfaction . You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments
The Procedure of Return
We would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customers in the occasional event of manufacturing faults.If you want to return an item, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your payment according to specific situation. |
